“精益求新,文以致远”

On the morning of December 10, Shanghai Jingwen Investment Co., Ltd. held a sharing session to celebrate its 30th anniversary. The event was attended by Huang Binbing, Deputy Director of the Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department and Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Wang Yayuan, President of the Municipal Cultural Promotion Association, as well as partners from various sectors of society.

Huang Binbing affirmed Jingwen Investment’s contributions to Shanghai’s cultural development over the past 30 years in his speech. He emphasized that the company should stand at a new historical starting point, bravely undertake new cultural missions, serve as a pioneer in the reform of state-owned cultural enterprises, and strive to forge a broader new path for development.

In his address, Huang emphasized that Jingwen Investment must further enhance its political stance and maintain strategic resolve. It should demonstrate broader vision and greater responsibility in serving the strategic reorganization of state-owned cultural assets and promoting Shanghai’s development as an international cultural metropolis. The company needs to strengthen its core business operations, boost comprehensive capabilities, and enhance forward-looking investments and strategic arrangements in areas such as optimizing the layout of state-owned cultural assets, fostering new cultural productive forces, and advancing cultural digital transformation. Taking the opportunity of deepening and upgrading state-owned enterprise reforms, Jingwen Investment should continue exploring ways to improve modern enterprise systems and market-oriented operational mechanisms, continuously invigorating the internal vitality and motivation of both the enterprise and its employees.

The sharing session systematically reviewed Jingwen Investment’s 30-year development journey, highlighting its strategic layout and phased achievements across four key sectors: cultural investment, cultural finance, cultural trade, and cultural creativity. During the event, Jingwen Investment, together with its subsidiary companies, signed investment cooperation agreements with multiple partners to promote the integrated development of culture, tourism, commerce, sports, and exhibitions. Additionally, the sixth edition of the Shanghai Cultural and Creative Financial Services Handbook was officially released, along with the signing of several cooperation documents, including the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Bank-Guarantee Collaboration and the Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the “Shanghai Made” High-Quality Mini-Series Project. In the cultural creativity segment, the “Wen Jing Xuan” brand, under Jingwen Creative, officially launched its ecosystem cooperation system. Shanghai Creative City Technology Development Co., Ltd., as one of the first batch of partners, signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the “Wen Jing Xuan” brand and simultaneously unveiled the “Shen Lang” Music Festival IP project.
